WHO WE ARE: We are a Non-profit organization founded in 2004. We serve low-income and uninsured patients only.
SERVICES WE OFFER: We primarily see patients with longstanding needs for medication to treat their chronic conditions, such as patients with:
CLINIC HOURS: We only open the FIRST and THIRD Tuesdays of every month from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
NOTES:
HOW TO BECOME A PATIENT: The only way to be seen at the clinic is by showing up in-person on any of the days we are open and requesting an appointment for a future day.

- Cardiovascular Disease
- Hypertension
- High Cholesterol
- Diabetes
- Thyroid Related Diseases

NOTES:
- We only see patients with appointments.
- The clinic is closed on the Second, Fourth, or Fifth Tuesdays.
HOW TO BECOME A PATIENT: The only way to be seen at the clinic is by showing up in-person on any of the days we are open and requesting an appointment for a future day.
NOTES:
- Primarily patients with the chronic conditions as above-mentioned might be seen.
- We do not provide urgent care, comprehensive preventive or screening examinations.
- The patient will need to bring proof of household income and fall below the 138% of the Federal Poverty Line in order to be seen.
- If the patient qualifies for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Medi-Cal, then they must first apply for that insurance. If the patient qualifies for insurance, then we cannot see the patient.
- We do not have the ability to help apply for insurance at the clinic.
DISCLAIMERS:
- Please be advised that we do not provide any of the following services:
- Mammogram screenings
- Pap smears with pelvic exams
- Surgical procedures
- Immunizations
- Physical Exams / Laboratory Work - patient will be referred to other clinics / laboratories
- STD and HIV testing
- Covid-19 testing
- The free clinic is located inside the Glendale First United Methodist Church; however, they are independent from the free clinic.

If the patient is in need of immediate medical attention, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
DONATIONS: We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The free clinic operates 100% on donations received. No patient is ever charged for any consultations or medications given to them.
